Agreement
These terms govern your use of Wrap Pricing (WrapPricing.com), operated by Wrap Pricing (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Estimates are not quotes
Estimates, price tables, and guides on Wrap Pricing are general information to help you plan and compare. They are not quotes, offers, bids, or guarantees of price, and they do not create any agreement between you and us or between you and any shop.
Actual prices depend on things we can't see, including your vehicle's condition, the exact scope of work, the materials a shop uses, and the shop's own pricing. Only a shop that has inspected your vehicle can give you a price. Our method is explained on how our pricing works.
Shops and your choices
Any shop you contact, or that receives a request you ask us to share, is an independent business. We don't employ, endorse, supervise, or guarantee shops, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with them.
You are responsible for choosing an installer and for checking its qualifications, insurance, warranty terms, and references. Any dispute about work performed is between you and the shop.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, or copy estimates or pricing data in bulk, including through automated tools, except as allowed by our robots.txt file;
- submit forms automatically, in bulk, or with false or someone else's information;
- try to reverse-engineer our pricing model by sending large numbers of requests;
- interfere with the site's operation, security, or rate limits, or try to access areas you're not authorized to use;
- upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, or that contains malware; or
- use the site in a way that breaks any law.
We may block access, remove submissions, or refuse service when we believe these terms have been broken.
What you submit
When you submit a form, notes, or photos, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it to operate the site and respond to you, and, if you ask us to, to share it with shops as described in our privacy policy. Corrections you send about our pricing may be used to improve our model.
Intellectual property
The site, including its text, design, software, and pricing model, is owned by Wrap Pricing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for your own personal or internal business planning, and you may share links to your estimates. You may not reproduce, republish, or sell our content or data without written permission.
Vehicle, film, and company names belong to their owners and are used only for identification. Their use doesn't imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Third-party links and ads
The site may link to other websites or show ads from third parties. We don't control those sites or ads and aren't responsible for their content, products, or practices.
No warranty
The site and all estimates and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate will match a price you are quoted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wrap Pricing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, any estimate, or any dealings with a shop. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wrap Pricing from claims arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
